In general, it was possible to conclude that there is low maturity in the pharmaceutical sector regarding the protection and processing of personal data, in accordance with the rules established by the LGPD. Therefore, there is an opportunity for effective action by the ANPD in the educational field, in order to promote education and the adoption of good practices in the protection of personal data, without neglecting its supervisory powers.
