mportant tip for image SEO in WordPress: One thing WordPress does by default is create a unique attachment URL for each uploaded image . This means that a separate page is created for each image (or other medium), on which only the respective medium and title are available. And since all pages are indexed by WordPress default, these attachment pages will also end up in the Google index unless you prevent this. This is of course totally counterproductive from an SEO and user perspective.
That's why I advise you to check your WordPress settings and disable the attachment URL feature . You can do this very easily and with just a few clicks in the SEO plugin Yoast . To do this, go to Settings in the plugin > Display in search > Media tab > option “Forward attachment URLs to the Australia Phone Number Data attachment file?” > activate “Yes” . Now an attachment page is still created, but it is redirected to the actual file URL and therefore does not end up in the Google index or can be accessed by your website visitors.

EVALUATION OF THE IMAGE SEARCH Would you like to know how often your images were viewed and clicked in Google Image Search? You can do this with the free Google Search Console (GSC). Although it is primarily used for performance tracking and error detection on websites, you can also find data about your image performance in the tool . I'll tell you how you can set up Google Search Console in this blog post.
